Class Descriptions


Pilates Sculpting Class
Using the Pilates Mat, Pilates Circle and Free Weights, the body is sculpted with traditional weight training in combination with the Classical Pilates Exercises for a total strength and core workout form head to toe!  This combination strengthens, tightens, tones and stretches for one of the best workouts ever! 
Prerequisites: Healthy individuals who have had at least 2 private sessions. This class is not for those with injuries.

Classical Pilates Mat Class
The mat-work is a series of exercises designed to create pelvic stability & core abdominal strength. Through regular practice you will increase flexibility, overall muscle strength & better postural alignment. Classes will explore ideas & concepts such as neutral spine, breathwork, & spinal articulation as well as other principles which assist in efficiency & effectiveness of day to day movement. Each class will progress the student from one level to another.


Pilates Trio's and Quartet's
The perfect session designed for (3-4) friends, at the day and time that works best for you!  Let us know your request and we'll be happy to schedule your sessions!
