Class Descriptions


Pilates Sculpting Class
Using the Pilates Mat, Pilates Circle and Free Weights, the body is sculpted with traditional weight training in combination with the Classical Pilates Exercises for a total strength and core workout form head to toe! 
Prerequisites: Healthy individuals who have had at least 2 private sessions. This class is not for those with injuries.

Pilates Reformer-Mat Combo Class
This is a group workout on the Pilates equipment & mat. Using the Pilates apparatus and free weights, the body is sculpted with traditional weight training in combination with the Pilates reformer exercises. This combination strengthens, tightens, tones and stretches for one of the best workouts ever! Prerequisites: Healthy individuals who have had at least 1-2 private sessions. This class is not for those with injuries. *(3-4) clients with a (4) series package*


Classical Pilates Mat Class
The mat-work is a series of exercises designed to create pelvic stability & core abdominal strength. Through regular practice you will increase flexibility, overall muscle strength & better postural alignment. Classes will explore ideas & concepts such as neutral spine, breathwork, & spinal articulation as well as other principles which assist in efficiency & effectiveness of day to day movement. Each class will progress the student from one level to another.


Pilates Trio's and Quartet's
The perfect session designed for you and (3) friends, at the day and time that works best for you!  Let us know your request and your on your way to your Personal Pilates Session.
