What Happens in a Coaching Session?
The session takes place via Skype or phone. As coaching is all about you, your needs, your goals, and your agenda, we discuss your goals, where you are now, where you want to be, and how to get there. My role is the active listener who asks you powerful questions in order to help you focus and gain insights to inspire you to action.

How Long Are Coaching Sessions?
We start with a complimentary twenty minute phone consultation. The initial coaching session is one hour. Check-in sessions there after are 45-minutes. I offer various coaching packages, programs, along with a flexible schedule.
