Jennifer Pilates provides a strong foundation for intuitive golf conditioning and can make all the difference in your golf game. While some of the exercises and stretches may be familiar, it is an understanding of the underlying Pilates Method that make them so powerful and intuitive for the body. Many of the exercises have been especially adapted to both men & women's physical requirements, thus increasing rotation and flexibility in the neck, shoulders, torso and upper back. The goal is to align the body, mind and spirit for both a mentally and physically fit game day result!

For over 20 years Jennifer has motivated clients with her inspirational and intuitive understanding of the human anatomy, and continued passion for the Body, Mind & Spirit connection. Jennifer is a third-generation Pilates instructor, having had the honor of training directly under second-generation Pilates Instructors and Founders of the internationally renowned The Pilates Center of Boulder, Colorado. The Pilates Center programs are based on the classical Pilates fundamentals taught by Joseph Pilates himself. It is the world’s foremost teacher training school for classical Pilates instructors.

Jennifer has continued to master her gifts and abilities through years of working within the Pilates Method, Reiki, reflexology, cranial sacral therapy, Chinese acupressure, numerology and energy healing. It’s through her intuitive gifts that she is able to identify a client’s "dis-ease" and provide relief through customized training programs.
Jennifer is a Celebrity Trainer specializing in Pilates Golf Conditioning, training clients how to condition and strengthen their body to improve their golf game and stay injury free. Jennifer provides private sessions to PGA professionals as well as amateur golfers, runs clinics at golf clubs working together with the club pros, and with corporations as part of their workplace wellness programs.
Jennifer's passion is bringing health and vitality back into her clients lives. In fact, with most of her clients away on-set or traveling with their sports teams, the on-the-go nature of Virtual Sessions has allowed Jennifer and her clients to continue their training schedules from locations worldwide. Clients who have sought after her services have ranged in ages from 8-88, from professional athletes and celebrities, to fitness enthusiasts as well as those recovering from injuries.
