How Pool-lates was born: Being an empath and lover of water I noticed more and more after I incorporated aquatics into my workouts how much better, more centered and grounded I felt. Naturally it only made senses to add my Pilates workouts in the water and "Pool-lates" was born! This workout allows you to clear and release old energies while energizing your body, mind & spirit with new energies, centering and calming from head to toe!

I have been Pilates Celebrity Trainer for over 20 years! I have been blessed to have studios on the both the East and West Coast. Growing up on the ocean I have always been a lover of the water. Being in the desert for 9-years I became a pool lover just the same!
