The Shop Policies

• Please allow 7-10 days for shipping. If you have a large order or are ordering items that are on pre-order or a special order, this time may be longer.  You will receive an email once your items have shipped.
• If your order contains items that are on a pre-order status as well as items that are in the shop, please note that we will ship your items in two shipments. 

• We accept unused and undamaged items with original tags. Notify Customer Service within 3-days of receiving purchase. Ship items to be returned within 7-days of receiving.
• If items should arrive damaged please notify within 3 days, provide a photo as well as your invoice number.
• Exceptions/Non-returnable items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
• Cancellations must be done within 24hrs of order.  Any Credit/Refund will be given in the original form of payment provided at checkout.
• Refunds
  We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically receive refunded on the original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
