While some of the exercises and stretches may be familiar, it is an understanding of the underlying Pilates Method that make them so powerful and intuitive for the body. Many of the exercises have been especially adapted for tennis' physical requirements, thus increasing rotation, balance and flexibility.  Our goal is to align the body, mind and spirit for both a mentally and physically fit game day result!
